• 🍲 Take and Bake Lasagna Fundraiser
Spring is busy! Let the Granger Women’s Club take dinner off your plate with take-and-bake lasagna. Meat and no-meat options are available, with prices ranging from $12–$20 based on size. Order by May 1—and know your purchase supports Granger’s community programs, literacy and WG schools. Lasagna pick up will be Friday, May 8 from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Granger Community Center.

• Search Begins for New City Administrator
The City of Granger is preparing for a change in leadership after current City Administrator Kirk Bjorland announced this week that he is leaving. Bjorland has served since November 2021, helped lead planning efforts during significant growth, and started a podcast dedicated to Granger. He shared that recent family moves and the desire to spend more time with his children and grandchildren played a major role in his decision.

🏪 Local Business Spotlight
Home Roots by Steph is a locally grown flower business in Woodward specializing in seasonal blooms grown entirely by owner Stephanie Danti. After completing the Master Gardener class in 2020, Steph began growing flowers from seed and launched her first selling season in 2022.
Available from mid-May through October (or until the first frost), she offers fresh-cut flower and greenery buckets for customers who want to create their own arrangements. She also offers bouquet delivery subscriptions (including to Granger) and custom florals for birthdays, anniversaries, sympathy, weddings, showers, and other special occasions. Because every flower is locally grown, offerings change with the season and showcase what is blooming at its best.
