• Twin Eagles Second Exit Taking Shape
The Twin Eagles housing development currently has a single entrance and exit, with all neighborhood traffic flowing directly to/from busy Highway 17.
The city is exploring a partnership with Rueter Properties to create a second northern connection that would link the neighborhood to NW 110th Avenue. In addition to improving access and safety, the connection could support future economic development in the area.
Dirt work is already underway, with construction tentatively expected to wrap up by the end of the summer.

This "road to nowhere" at the end of Crabapple Lane is expected to become Twin Eagles' future second neighborhood access point.
